From the list of author names, select the authors that are contributing to this manuscript, and click OK. To select multiple author names, hold down the Shift key or the CtrlCommand key while clicking on author names.
New: Click this button to enter a new author name with contact information.
Edit: Click this button to change contact information for the selected author name.
Delete: Click this button to remove the selected author name from the list.
Import vCard from Outlook : Click this button to import author information from an existing address bookyour Outlook Address Book.
Once you type in new author names, or import author information from an existing address bookyour Outlook Address Book, those author names are added to this list. For subsequent manuscripts, you can select them from the existing list of author names.
